Running a political campaign is no small feat, especially when resources are limited. Friends and Residents in Support of Wiseburn Schools, along with their consultant CliffordMoss, faced this exact challenge. With a tight budget and a critical school bond measure to pass, they needed an efficient and cost-effective solution to persuade voters that Measure EE was a worthwhile cause.

Despite the budget constraints, the primary goal was clear and singular: win the election and secure the future of Wiseburn Unified School District. The campaign aimed to convince voters that investing in school infrastructure, safety, and modern facilities would yield long-term benefits for the community.


Data Genomix stepped in with a data-driven approach designed to maximize reach and impact while minimizing costs. Recognizing the budget constraints, the data science team built a complex targeting model to identify voters most likely to participate in the election. This ensured that the limited ad dollars were spent effectively and efficiently.

Data Genomix rolled out a cross-channel digital advertising campaign across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), digital display, and digital video. Each ad was optimized based on the ballot mail-out schedule, ensuring the team was targeting only those voters who hadn't yet mailed back their ballot.

Despite the budget constraints, the campaign successfully reached a vast audience. Most importantly, Measure EE passed with 56.93% of the vote, securing a brighter future for Wiseburn Unified School District. The digital campaign's impact and the effective use of limited resources significantly contributed to this victory.Winning the election meant that the Wiseburn Unified School District could fund the upgrades and improvements outlined in Measure EE, supporting the ongoing academic success of its students and teachers. This victory demonstrated the impact of strategic digital campaigns, even in the face of limited budgets.
