Digital Media Manager

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of paid digital media for a portfolio of clients. The position ensures accurate & quality delivery, client relationship support, portfolio growth, and continuous organizational improvement. The Digital Media Manager should be adept at social media marketing & advertising, SEM, and programmatic digital advertising. They will contribute to the development of quarterly and annual business reviews.  This individual will be influential in working with Client Success, Marketing, and Data Science teams across the Data Genomix organization.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Develop strategic paid digital media plans, and execute to deliver on established KPI’s
  • Fosters team collaboration and maintains positive momentum for clients and DG team
  • Demonstrates forward-thinking, vision, and a strategic approach to solve client challenges
  • Maintains a high level of digital advertising knowledge and anticipate threats & opportunities            
  • Plays a major role in client expansion efforts with existing clients, and provides support as needed in business development
  • Competent problem-solving, competitive analysis, financial tracking, budgeting, and estimating
  • Works daily in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Programmatic DSP, and other digital ad-buying systems.
  • Provides timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and critical performance indicators
  • Assists with client relationship management, including meeting preparation and contract renewals

Requirements:

  • Hands-on, detailed & strategic, transparent communicator with well-developed emotional intelligence, energetic, high impact, and can-do attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 2-5+ years ad agency paid digital media or client/account service/management, or in-house brand paid digital media teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Superb communication skills, able to create stories around value
  • Advertising industry knowledge, specifically digital & social media marketing
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications are strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical skills & ability to synthesize data
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter, ability to work without direct supervision
