You Will be Responsible for:

  • Develop relationships with new prospects, initiate sales activity and manage sales cycles to closure

  • Synthesize client needs into written proposals to deliver solutions

  • Collaborate with outside sales team members and partners to initiate sales and manage sales cycles to closure

  • Drive revenue with a focus on acquiring new users and upselling platform functionality across all verticals

  • Reply to inbound leads quickly showcasing value propositions and providing product demonstrations

  • Contribute to the development, documentation and execution of internal sales processes

  • Communicate clearly with Customer Success agents and account managers to ensure effective user and client onboarding

  • Work with management and colleagues to set mutually acceptable timelines and milestones for closing business

  • Function effectively at both the strategic and detail levels in support of major software client relationships

  • Perform disciplined discovery and needs analyses with prospective users/clients

  • Develop and maintain social media domain expertise on relevant trends and topics

  • Provide strategic and technical support to successfully close or upsell users and accounts

  • 2+ years of consistent successful account management, business development or other relevant experience
